CheapestGoldPrices.com is a price comparison and aggregation service. We are NOT a precious metals dealer. We do not sell, buy, or trade any gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or any other precious metals. We do not handle, store, or ship any physical products. All transactions occur directly between you and the third-party dealer or merchant whose website you visit through our links.

2. Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure

How Default Precious Metals Listings Are Ordered: Organic price listings are initially sorted by lowest premium over spot price. Organic default/initial sorting is not influenced by the amount of commission we receive from our affiliates (i.e. a higher commission affiliate does not gain preference in the organic default/initial sorting). Sponsored or "Featured" placements can be purchased by dealers or advertisers, or elected by us. These are labeled as "Sponsored" or "Featured" and are visually distinct from organic listings.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Small Claims Exception: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.
